Obtaining FEFF9

FEFF9 is a software licensed through the University of Washington. Note that we distinguish two kinds of users: i) academic, non-profit, or government clients and ii) corporate clients. Each has its own license agreement and pricing. To obtain FEFF9, please register and make payment at the Licensing portal that can be found here.

Downloading FEFF

Once we have received the properly completed license agreement and payment, we will contact you by e-mail with your password to download FEFF via the Internet.

Feff Return/Refund Policy

If a user experiences difficulties, technical assistance is available. If a user is not satisfied with the performance of the software, the license fee will be refunded.
