Housing and Room Reservations

If you need housing, lodging has been arranged at UW's beautiful new West Campus Dorms. There are options for double and single occupancy. Please note if you intend to also attend the ES2015 Workshop, please select Package A. If you plan to attend only the Special Symposium, please select Package B.

Hotels located in the University District.

The University Inn, 4140 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle, WA 98108. Complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon cupcakes, WIFI and overnight guest parking are available.

Another closeby hotel is Watertown Hotel, but apparently it is currently quite booked. Their toll free is 1-866-944-4242.

The other two hotels in the district are: Hotel Deca, 206-634-2000, on Brooklyn Ave NE and NE 45th St (about 7 blocks away) and the Silver Cloud Inn, 206-526-5200, on the University Village shopping mall on the other side of campus (about a mile away, they have a periodic shuttle to the campus and it is very easy to bicycle from there to the conference venue).
