EELS

From FEFF

EELS, or electron-energy loss spectroscopy, measures the spectrum of energy losses of a beam of high-energy electrons passing through a sample in an electron microscope. We add relativistic effects [Schattschneider] to the cross section. This release of feff9 is optimized for EELS calculations and includes various instrumental parameters.
