FEFF is copyrighted software and a license from the University of Washington Office of Technology Transfer must be obtained for its use. This is necessary to protect the interests both of users and the University of Washington. Both academic/non-profit and commercial licenses are available -- see Section A.2 to this document for details. New users should request the latest version of this code from the authors.
